Instead of drawing the tree, i made points where it would be on the tree

The Roots Write down where you come from on the roots. This can be your home town, state, country, etc. You could also write down the culture you grew up in, a club or organization that shaped your youth, or a parent/guardian.

  • Born in Sudbury, Ontario. I only lived there for the first 2 years after I was born.
  • Edmonton, Alberta
  • Victoria, BC
  • Comox Valley, BC
  •  My dad is military and we’ve moved all around the west coast.
  • I grew up in military culture, so moving around and meeting new people was really easy for me.
  • The military shaped my youth, I started my youth in Edmonton, Alberta. I remember going to the teen center, and teen dances they had.

The Ground Write down the things you choose to do on a weekly basis on the ground. These should not be things you are forced to do, but rather things you have chosen to do for yourself.

I’ve recently started to reflect on myself, and reflect on how I want my life to be, and who I want to be. I started to change my ways and turn more into a positive person. I’ve struggled with anxiety. I saw how much that changed me and how I stopped living. I turned over a new leaf, I started going for runs, working out, distancing myself from people who were only negative. Putting what I believe is an important first. And always remembering to self-love. I found passion in photography, I strived with photography and computer, editing photos in photoshop when I was younger, and I lost my way, now I took my camera back out and I’m slowly getting into that space again, feeling that passion I strived for. I’m finally feeling happy with myself again and valuing myself.
